I received my M.S. in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Counseling from the University of Baltimore. I have an eclectic approach to counseling, I draw from various types of counseling techniques including but not limited to Expressive Therapies (think art, movement, storytelling), EMDR, and EFT in order to provide the best support for my clients. Hi, I'm Crystal and I am currently a Resident in Counseling. I received my M.Ed in Counselor Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. I have been working as an elementary school counselor for the past twelve years until recently deciding to pursue further certification as a LPC so that I can practice outside of the school setting.
